Catalogue and artist-website platform
Took over the product blind after the previous freelance developer disappeared. Stabilized it, then kept building: public artist sites, a multilingual CMS architecture, and a release flow that keeps production predictable. The platform grew from 1 to about 100 customers, and we've run its ongoing support since July 2025.
Manufacturer in the jewellery supply chain (anonymous)
Rebuilt an aging in-house ERP after its original developer retired. Automated lot tracing that was done by hand, and added OCR on incoming weight records, as the base for auditable chain-of-custody traceability.

Delivery and ride-hailing super-app
Outsourced CTO from idea to launch: shipped to the App Store and Google Play in four months on a tight budget. We still run maintenance and a CTO block.
US real-estate platform
A Zillow-style listings platform built on top of the Yardi ERP, with a Strapi page builder for content. About 18,000 visitors a month. We maintained it for a year, then handed it over to their in-house team.
Second-hand board game markets at festivals
Mobile app and back office. Designed a white-label architecture with a shared games catalogue and a multi-tenant database isolated with row-level security, plus an over-the-air build and update pipeline.
US health-tech startup
Marketing site and lead funnel connected to HubSpot, delivered in three weeks.
Internal infrastructure at Beyond The Brackets
Built a telephony core from scratch on Asterisk, connected directly to a SIP provider instead of relying on Twilio.
IT services group (anonymous)
An internal reporting application on top of the company's document management system: order backlog, revenue still to invoice, and maintenance contracts.
